Cybersecurity

As new technologies break into the electricity sector and are used en masse to control supply systems, cybersecurity becomes a key element to consider. Likewise, with the extension of smart meters, the data set generated by household consumption also requires a careful analysis of cybersecurity requirements to safeguard privacy.

This section includes a SELF-ASSESSMENT TOOL that will allow each company to assess the state of cybersecurity by calculating a maturity level indicator based on the ES-C2M2 framework (Electricity Subsector Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model). This instrument includes the minimum recommended actions to establish a baseline of compliance with cybersecurity requirements in the operation. You can also find data on cybersecurity policies and practices offering insight into progress.
